(1) When the victim requests information related to the prosecution as per Section 8 of the Act in the case of which he/she is the victim, he/she shall submit an application to the prosecuting agency or officer in the format as per Schedule-4.
(2) (If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the prosecuting agency or officer shall give notice to the applicant as soon as possible in the format as per Schedule-5.
